About Us

At Encouraging My Sister Women's Ministry (EMS), our goal is to help strengthen and build the confidence of women. We will offer relative teachings, encouragement and support to help them excel to their highest and fullest potential. EMS desires to be a ministry that will impact the lives of each woman we are privileged to meet.

Our CEO/Founder is Evangelist Jean Barbour. Her life style reflects, "regardless of what challenges life brings, never give up" and she has been advising others to do the same. Now God has afforded her the opportunity to extend this same encouragement to a massive group of His people through this ministry.

Vision:

Our vision is to reach out to women of all ages, regardless of their background, to empower them to achieve their greatest potential, while contending with life's circumstances.

Mission:

We are committed to encouraging, educating, enlightening and supporting women that have been hurt and discouraged by circumstances of life, regardless of their race or color through the word of God and other educational material. We will utilize retreats, empowerment sessions and various other tools to help strengthen and build self-confidence.
